Green Beans with Oregano
serves 4
Ingredients
1 lb green beans or haricot verts, cooked, hot
1 T olive oil
1 T butter
1 1/2 t lemon juice
1 1/2 t dried oregano
Instructions
Melt the butter into the oil, then add the lemon juice and oregano. Season to taste.
Dress the green beans with the butter-oil mixture, plate and serve.
